一、hsnh系列三螺桿泵產品概述簡介：

snh系列三螺桿泵是無脈動軸向輸送具有一定潤滑性介質的定量容積式低壓轉子泵，適于輸送燃料油、潤滑油、液壓油、礦物油等油類和具有潤滑性的流動性液體。所輸送的介質中不得含有任何磨料顆粒和對泵材料有腐蝕的物質。snh系列三螺桿泵由特殊型線（擺線）構成的螺旋型面，當電機或馬達驅動主動螺桿轉動時，其不斷運動的各個密封腔室逐漸形成真空，液體在大氣壓的作用下由吸入口吸入并沿軸向連續、無脈動的輸送到排出口，無攪拌、乳化現象。形成排出壓力的能力取決于系統負載和螺桿密封腔的數量，同時也與輸送介質的粘度以及驅動轉速也有一定的關系。

二、組合系列化有多種結構，可用于臥式（h），法蘭式（f）和立式（s）浸油式（j）以及懸掛式(k)安裝。

根據所輸送介質需要還可提供加熱或冷卻結構。

對于潤滑性相對較差的介質，可以采用軸承外置結構（e6.7w33）以及金屬波紋管密封。保證三螺桿泵優良的使用壽命。

為了保護泵、電機和管路系統，泵必須帶有外置或內置安全閥裝置。

三、可輸送介質種類：

a潤滑性液體：液壓油，礦物油，機械油，潤滑油，淬火油，齒輪油，變壓器油，汽輪機油，水乙二醇，原油，動植物油等

b低潤滑性液體：輕柴油，重柴油，燃油，燃料油，重油，渣油，含臘稀油，冷卻液，皂化液等

c粘性液體：各種合成橡膠液，人造膠液，乳化液等

四、產品代號說明

 使用特征：無符號為通用型， c 表示船用型

結構特征： h:臥式安裝、 f:支架式安裝、 s:立式安裝

主桿方向：從驅動端看，旋轉 :r: 順時針 , 標準 ;(l :逆時針方向)

密封型式： n- 軸承內置式機械密封（可省略）、  w1- 軸承外置式機械密封；

進口方向：從驅動端看，無符號為右進、 z 表示左進；

五、選型提醒

Ø  選擇產品時，需要注意泵進口流速（包括進口管線流速）。一般進口流速控制在1m/s以內，1~1.3m/s需要有條件選擇，大于1.3m/s需要謹慎選擇或者不選。

Ø  由于電機轉速越高，泵進口的流速也大，可靠性會降低，應綜合考慮泵的可靠性使用，電機的選擇請根據泵的選型步驟中的推薦選取。

Ø  若傳輸介質的潤滑性較好，且溫度<=80℃，推薦使用內置軸承結構的泵，若傳輸介質的潤滑性較差或溫度>=80℃，推薦使用外置軸承結構的泵。

Ø  為了更好的避免雜質進入泵體內，建議在泵的進口錢配置過濾器，過濾精度為40目（過濾面積為過流通經的15-20倍）
