2011年10月：上海妙嘉機電有上海浦東三林遷址到上海浦東浙橋路289號（金橋出口加工區）。
2011年11月：英國Exact授權上海妙嘉機電為中國總代理。
2013年04月：臺灣立勇實業（AGP）授權上海妙嘉為華東總代理。
2014年元月：天津辦事處遷址到天津市河東區新博路4號3號樓1802室（天津站后廣場）。
